Glossary
The words we use, defined plainly.

- American Equity Fund
- Sam Altman's proposal: collect an annual 2.5% of the value of large companies and private land, paid in shares, and distribute it to every adult citizen.
- Builder score
- A 0 to 100 rating of how useful an item is for building or owning income-producing assets, digital or physical. It does not rate how big the AI news is. Sample scores in this draft are placeholders.
- Builder's brief

- Creative destruction
- Schumpeter's phrase for how entrepreneurial profit pushes innovation forward by replacing the old with the new.
- i/accum
- Short for individual accumulationism. Also the name of this site and feed.
- Income-producing infrastructure
- Assets that pay you while you sleep: software, businesses, equity, land, compute, energy, machines.
- Individual accumulationism
- The movement of young men building as much income-producing infrastructure, digital and physical, as they can. The individual is the point, not isolation.

- Pick
- A feed item the pipeline selected as worth a builder's time.
- Stack
- What it costs to build: live AI API and GPU rental prices from public sources, each cited.
- Story
- A cluster of feed items about the same event or theme.
- Universal basic income (UBI)
- A regular unconditional cash payment to everyone. A floor, not ownership.
- Universal high income (UHI)
